● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at support@leederprovisions.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
We happily accept returns on full priced items so long as they are in their original condition and if order was placed within 30 days. Costs of return are at the expense of the customer.

Send the items back to us in the original packaging.

Once your items are received and checked, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
We accept exchanges on full-priced items. However, it is possible we may not have what you're looking to exchange due to the limited quantity made of certain items. Costs of return shipping are at the expense of the customer.
